How do I book?+
Message us on WhatsApp or call 790 7777 678 with your dates and how many are coming. We'll confirm what's free and take it from there. There is no online booking form to fill in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. If you're arriving late or need a little longer, just ask — we can usually work around it.
Are meals included?+
Meals are prepared on request rather than included in the tariff. Let us know in advance what you'd like and whether anyone in your group is vegetarian.
Is it suitable for children?+
Yes. There's a play area and open garden, and the Family Loft is built around a family staying together. Children need to be supervised near the pool.
How do I get there?+
We're at Mathoor, near Panamaram, about 15 km from Mananthavady. Rural addresses can confuse map apps, so call us when you're close and we'll guide you the last stretch.
Is parking available?+
Yes, free parking on site, right beside the chalets.
